Individual Worker: The individual worker needs to grow and evolve. They do this through their:
- Intention to learn more
- Freedom to do more
- Ability to receive positive support
Leader: Every employee is also a leader. They can impact the people around them by:
- Being a positive role model
- Teaching others
- Offering support to help others
- Be willing to receive help from others
Organizational Representative: As Organizational representative’s employees are continually advertising to the community, their family, friends and potential clients (a) who the organization hires (b) what they organization values (c) how the organization serves the community and the world. When employees understand their role as organization representative the organization manifests success.
