Introducing the Movie Leadership Process®, created by Team Pegine.
This program utilizes movies and interactive activities to dramatize and involve
participants.
Participants experience and discuss leadership, trust, decision making, risk,
attitudes, creativity, and consequences. Participants learn through experience
and reflection while at the very same time you are having a good old fashioned
belly laugh. The program runs approximately 3.5 hours. This includes the movie
(approx 45 minutes) and 2.5 hours of interactive activities based on the movie.
Currently available programs:
 Shackleton's Antarctic Adventure. A film that tells the
extraordinary true story of polar explorer Sir Ernest Shackleton's now-legendary
1914-1916 British Imperial Trans-Antarctic Expedition. While never accomplishing
its goal of the first crossing of the Antarctic continent, this expedition has become
a larger-than-life testament to heroism and human endurance, with all 28 men
surviving nearly two years in the barren, frigid Antarctic when their ship,
Endurance, was caught in pack ice and eventually crushed. The teambuilding
program highlights conflict resolution, hiring effectively, fostering individual
excellence, role playing, creating an enthusiastic work environment.
The Family - The Team
A full day facilitated experience, "The Family" is comprised of three
segments with distinct objectives that combine content, celebration, laugher
and camaraderie to develop teams, enhance communication while creating
memorable experiences:
- "We are Family" presents and defines the results of interviews
and research regarding your company compared to standards of excellence
for communication, interdependency and management/staff behavior.
- "Family Feud" loosely based on the TV show uses a competitive,
high-energy, content rich, enthusiastic process to develop, support and
illustrate interdependency and teamwork while addressing education needs
within you company.
- "Family Reunion" uses a creative and interactive process
involving your company's executive team and staff to devise,
illustrate and explain future growth opportunities and strategies
while integrating and modeling the concepts of a cohesive and communicative
team
Quality not Quantity. Team Pegine doesn't believe in offering a huge menu of events.
Rather, we recommend select events that are tailored to meet your outcomes.
Unique and intelligent events. We won't ask you to build human pyramids, or cook or
to do paintings to demonstrate team building. Team Pegine allows you to experience many
