You Can Inspire Your Employees

Pegine Leadership Speaker

Here are six ways that you can make sure that you are inspiring your employees

1. Preparation

When you are preparing to speak to your team, think about a time when overcome a difficult moment in your career. Think about what you were feeling,  what you were doing, and what you saying to yourself during that time.  Go through the scenario.  Think of the details and how you felt after you succeeded.  Share the details with your team. You faced a challenge, in the middle of it this is what was going through your head, then you shifted your perspective and this result.  Let them know that they too will overcome the challenge, they too can succeed. Most of all let them know you believe in them.

Rejected! Rejection Doesn’t Mean Failure.

Rejection doesn’t mean failure.

Rejection provides you with 4 ways to successfully embrace your strengths.

Often rejection doesn’t mean rejection either.  You may perceive it as rejection, yet it isn’t really. Often it just a “maybe, just a not now” or a message of “YOU ARE BETTER THAN THIS!! MOVE ON

Make sure you are hearing what is being said correctly and not layering words on top of their message.

There are several techniques to assess a rejection so you use it to propel yourself to success.

How you respond, how you relate to the rejection and how you use the rejection for your highest good will make a world of difference to your career and move you from a failure mindset to a success and champion mindset.

They rejected your idea or proposal. Remember rejection doesn’t mean failure.

Know the Ending Before You Begin

Know the ending before you begin.

Business and leadership is NOT like reading a relaxing mystery.  You may be on vacation, sitting near the pool, reading and get lost in the story. You let it go and know the story will evolve.

Building a business and leading an organization is similar to the path of the writer.  You know the end result of the story. You know what the end looks like. You define it, feel it and go after it. You may not know the twist and turns of how you will get there, but you know you will get there. The author knows the end result, they know how the story ends for the main character. They created the end when they started.

Your journey leads somewhere.  To be successful in business, leadership and sales your journey must lead to somewhere, some end point. Only you can decide what that is.
