Challenge:
Every year, Walmart gathered their most senior women professionals from across the globe for a two-day leadership summit. Yet despite years of training, promotions remained stagnant. The Global Leadership Development team knew they needed more than a keynote or classroom—they needed transformation.

They called Pegine.

Solution:
Pegine and her company, Team Pegine, designed a high-intensity, immersive leadership experience rooted in real-world challenges, role-played pressure scenarios, and powerful presence-building practices.

This wasn’t a workshop. This was a Leadership Lab designed to elevate each woman’s confidence, communication, and executive presence.

Pegine built four core experiential scenarios to target critical executive competencies:

• 🤝 Strategic Influence & Alliance Building Across Stakeholders

• 🎤 Representing Walmart Publicly With Poise & Power

Each scenario included: 

• Professional role players trained to simulate high-pressure encounters

• Walmart global executives acting as mentors and evaluators
• Team debriefs, individual reflections, and executive journaling prompts
  
  

The two-day retreat became a proving ground—activating leadership potential, pushing boundaries, and forging powerful connections with over 45 senior global leaders who participated to support the women’s development.

Results:

• 🚀 87% of participants were promoted—many to President roles across global divisions
• 💼 The remaining participants ascended to senior executive roles
