Audio/Visual Requirements: Keynote Presentation

A/V Guidelines

It is our goal to make your upcoming event an unforgettable experience. For your audience's ultimate experience, Pegine requests the following audio/visual requirements to be provided.

Equipment Checklist:

• Wireless Lavalier Microphone: Pegine uses her personal headset that clips into your house lavalier power pack.

• A/V Projector and Screen: Visuals are prepared in 16:9 format unless otherwise requested.

• Audio Output: The audio from Pegine’s computer must be patched into your house system to accompany the video and music elements of her presentation.

• Lighting: Full house lights are requested. If using image magnification or videotaping, please use as much stage light as possible.

Technical Notes:

Pegine will provide her own PC laptop and all necessary connectors. Due to copyright restrictions and the unique nature of her program, Pegine must always deliver her presentation from her own computer. We are unable to send the visual package in advance or provide the visuals on a memory stick for a master computer.

Room Set-Up Requirements

The success of a presentation is heavily influenced by the room layout. Pegine and her team are experts in optimizing layouts for high audience engagement. The following suggestions are designed to enhance the experience for every attendee.

Set-Up Time:

Pegine requires access to set up her materials at least 30 minutes before the audience arrives. A member of Pegine's team will be available to help distribute materials on tables or under chairs if a hands-on activity is planned for your program.

Seating:

The distance between the stage and the first row should be as small as possible to avoid "Death Valley"—the gap that can stall audience energy. A front row 5 feet from the stage is significantly more effective than a row 10 feet back. Keep the audience as close to the stage as possible!

Stage & Riser:

• Audiences up to 200: A riser height of 6 to 12 inches is ideal.

• Larger Audiences: A riser height of 12 to 24 inches is appropriate. A raised platform ensures your audience can see, engage with, and benefit from the message.

Room Orientation:

A wide room set-up is vastly superior to a long room set-up. In a rectangular room, please place the stage in the middle of the long wall so the audience is evenly divided. Avoid placing the stage on the short wall, as this creates a "football field" effect that diminishes connection.

On-Stage Equipment:

• Table: A standard draped folding table (2×6) or a smaller table for props and demonstrations.

• Waiter Stand: If a waiter stand and tray are available at the venue, please set them next to the table.

• Podium: If a lectern is used for other presenters, please set it back from the front of the stage. Pegine will not use a podium during her presentation.

Lighting:

Please aim as much light as possible at the stage area. If the venue is a hotel, please verify the stage lights are functional and bright. Pegine utilizes movement to connect with her audience, and visibility is key.

Audio/Visual Requirements: Small Groups & Meetings

A/V Guidelines

For workshops, breakout sessions, and small group meetings, please ensure the following equipment is available to ensure a seamless experience for your attendees.

Equipment Checklist:

• Microphone: A wireless lavalier microphone is requested. Pegine provides her own professional headset that clips directly into the house power pack.

• Audio: A standard audio jack and house speakers are required. Pegine incorporates high-energy music and audio clips played directly from her laptop.

• Visuals: A projector and screen are required for Pegine’s PowerPoint presentation.

Technical Notes:

• Hardware: Pegine presents from her own PC laptop.

• Connectivity: While Pegine carries a variety of standard adapters, please notify our team in advance if your facility uses specialized or proprietary technology connectors.
